We are trying hard to serve your order with your appropriate products. In case you received the wrong product or it’s unfit for your size, you can exchange your product within 7 days of delivery.

You can raise cancellation requests for items or orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing an email with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the E-Mail ID used while ordering on our site. Send us the email

Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product, then he or she can raise the return request.

Suppose you have received a faulty product, no worries. In that case, you can return the product and the amount will be refunded in your used payment method within 10 working days once the product is picked and received at our warehouse for approval of cancellation with valid reason.

In case of any faulty product, the shipping charges will be borne by the company

we will replace the product. Refunds will be only given when we receive the product on our end and QC verified if the wrong order is placed by the customer, then he/she has to bear the shipping cost.

*In case of an exchange, if the other product is not available, you can place a refund request which will proceed as refund policy.

*Shipping Charges and COD charges applied at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.

*We shall charge you shipping charges of Rs.100 (charge by the logistic company) in case of reverse pick up to ask the same shall be deducted from your refund.

Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit

For cash on delivery orders, the refund amount will be settled into a particular bank account shared by the customer.

The color of the Products may slightly vary as per the customer’s screen resolution.

Your Pickup will be done in 3-5 working days. (If reverse pickup asked)

All returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and returned with the original packing and tags when we receive it.

Items without tags will not be accepted.

The refund is subject to your returns meeting the above conditions else returns will not be accepted.

In case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product. In case you fail to intimate about the same, the return might not be processed

Self-Shipping details

If the customer want to self-ship the returned product, he or she can raise the self-ship return ticket via email so we can send them a re-shipping label for the smooth process we request you to share the shipping detail with us via email at info@serenehomeware.com

In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department.

The customer is charged Rs.100 as transportation cost when returning a product. You can self-ship the product if you do not want to pay for this.
